2. Unable to open file

2.1 Files come in zip format so you should be using a zip utility to unzip them. If you don't have a zip utility note that Windows XP has built in unzipping software - all you need to do is double-click the zip file icon, and it will open like a normal folder.

If you don't have Windows XP, you can download free unzipping software here:

Windows: http://free-backup.info/justzipit.html
Mac: http://www.stuffit.com/mac/expander/

2.2 If a PDF file is reported as corrupt it may be that your version of Adobe is a problem. Go to the menu option Help, then click on Detect and Repair.

Still having problems ?

Please use the HelpDesk and provide as much information as possible e.g
