2. Unable to open file
2.1 Files come in zip format so you should be using a zip utility to unzip them. If you don't have a zip utility note that Windows XP has built in unzipping software - all you need to do is double-click the zip file icon, and it will open like a normal folder.

2.2 If a PDF file is reported as corrupt it may be that your version of Adobe is a problem. Go to the menu option Help, then click on Detect and Repair.
